I trained as a doctor. Then I left medicine, moved my family to Stockholm, and tried to build a business. It nearly broke me. Not because I lacked ideas — but because my ADHD brain couldn't hold onto the details long enough to run one.
So I started building systems. Not from a textbook. From survival. Every framework I teach exists because something in my business broke and I had to fix it. The Task Matrix, the RED Process, Perfect Process Pipelines — none of them were designed in theory. They were built under pressure, tested through failure, and refined over nine years of helping 100+ business owners do the same.
Today, everything I do is in pursuit of three things: presence, purpose and peace. The opposite of my natural state. And the reason I believe every business owner deserves a business that gives them their life back.
